Human Resources

The HR (Human Resources) module within Opera II is called Personnel and holds all the relevant information that is required from a HR department.

Summary of HR

  • Records sickness, holiday, maternity, compassionate leave, absence and training, in days, hours and minutes, for each employee
  • Retain personnel records and transactions, including job and salary changes, for up to 99 years, including those who have left the company
  • Process updates for salaried or hourly paid employees, with immediate Payroll adjustment
  • Customise fields to suit the specific requirements of your business
  • Can run independently – no need for the Payroll module
  • Tables available to the Reporter module for extra analysis
